This course focuses on designing and building integrated AI agent solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will learn to plan agent identity, deployment, security, governance, and responsible AI strategies, create agent flows, connect enterprise knowledge sources, configure tools and connectors, and evaluate agent performance. The course also covers application lifecycle management (ALM) for agents, helping you build scalable solutions aligned with the objectives of the AB-620 certification exam.
Prerequisites
- Basic understanding of generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG and AI agent concepts.
- Hands-on experience configuring agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio is recommended.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Fx and Dataverse.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs, MCP and A2A protocols.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry and adaptive cards.
- Hands-on experience in building or configuring AI agents is recommended.
